AMC Theatres is seeking an enthusiastic Crew member to greet guests, operate the POS, and help maintain a clean, welcoming cinema environment. You will rotate through roles, learn new skills, and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

No prior experience needed; training is provided. You must be available evenings, weekends, and some holidays. A friendly, reliable team player with a love for movies will fit right in.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years old.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and assist with questions.
• Operate the POS system to handle transactions.
• Suggest and upsell snacks and loyalty cards.
• Prepare popcorn and other snacks safely.
• Keep theatres, lobbies, and restrooms clean.
• Check tickets and direct guests to auditoriums.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Uphold AMC policies and a welcoming environment.
