Job summary

AMC Theatres is hiring for an entry-level Crew member to ensure a memorable guest experience at the cinema. You will greet guests, handle snacks and transactions, and maintain clean facilities while following safety guidelines.

Role requires evening/weekend availability and a willingness to learn; no prior experience needed. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and assist with inquiries.
• Use the POS system to handle transactions quickly and accurately.
• Engage in suggestive selling and merchandise upselling.
• Prepare snacks and keep theatres, lobbies, and restrooms clean.
• Check tickets and direct guests to their auditorium.
• Monitor auditoriums for safety, sound, and cleanliness.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and support crew members.
