Taco Bell in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Crew Member to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area. This fast-paced role requires reliability and a friendly demeanor in a busy restaurant environment.

The successful candidate will assist with deliveries, restock supplies, and support kitchen tasks while delivering friendly service and accurate order fulfillment. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must get along well with coworkers and guests with a positive and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately take orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with Delivery Partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock product and workstations.
• Use food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, grills and other kitchen tools.
• Keep the work environment clean by wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
