Job summary

Wings Over is hiring Crew Members in Madison, WI to work across Front of House and Back of House. You will be cross-trained at multiple stations, greet guests, take orders, and ensure high standards of food preparation and cleanliness.

Candidates should be able to multitask, lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights, holidays, and weekends. This entry-level role offers opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced team focused on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Legal US work authorization required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Passion for food and guest service.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in-person and on the phone, take orders in POS, breading and frying chicken, saucing, assembling orders, food prep, and washing dishes.
• Keep all workstations clean, organized, and compliant with health and sanitation guidelines.
• Deliver friendly, gold-standard experiences and resolve questions, concerns, or complaints.
• Support Wings Over store goals and sales growth as needed.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Wear Wings Over uniform and follow dress code.
