Cheba Hut Houston is hiring for a Crew Member to help craft great food and foster positive guest interactions. You will support strong operations on every shift, ensuring a high-energy, accurate, and friendly service experience.

As a Crew Member, you’ll deliver authentic interactions, make menu recommendations, manage register duties, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment while embracing Cheba Hut’s playful atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Food handling certification required (we’ll help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own guest experience and interaction on shift.
• Deliver authentic, genuine interactions with customers.
• Prioritize interaction over the transaction in every guest contact.
• Make confident menu recommendations to guests.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas while working.
