Job summary

Cheba Hut in Greenfield, Wisconsin, is seeking a Crew Member to deliver great food and authentic, engaging guest interactions on each shift. You’ll help create a playful, fast-paced vibe and support a strong team culture.

As a Crew Member, you’ll follow SOPs, assist at the register and dining area, and contribute to safe food handling. No prior experience is required, and certification support is available as you grow with Cheba Hut.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Food handling certification required (we’ll help you certify).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Comfortable embracing Cheba Hut’s playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere.

• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
