Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced airport environment. You will greet customers, take orders, process payments, and help keep the front of the house clean and well-stocked.

Open shifts and a flexible schedule are preferred. We offer competitive starting pay of $19.29 per hour plus tips, comprehensive benefits after eligibility, and opportunities for training and career development within Skyport restaurants and retail

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in providing a positive guest experience.

• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures set forth by FMS/Skyport, airport, federal, state, and local regulations.

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, basic fractions).
• Must complete airport security and background screening, including a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Process payments using cash register or POS system.
• Provide information about menu items and answer inquiries.
• Keep checkout area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with food preparation or restocking as needed.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
