First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced airport setting.

You will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, organized front area while assisting with food prep and restocking. Responsibilities include accurately processing transactions, answering inquiries, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Active TABC license or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
• Minimum age 18.
• Prior experience in food service or customer service is required.
• Must be able to pass a 10-year background check.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with alcohol sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Process payments using cash register or POS system.
• Provide menu information and answer questions.
• Maintain checkout area cleanliness and stock.
• Assist with food preparation or restocking during shifts.
• Address customer concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with team for smooth operations.
