Job summary

Bars & Recreation in Milwaukee is seeking energetic Crew Members to serve as hospitality ambassadors across our active venues. You will greet guests, take orders, bartend, and assist with event setups while ensuring safe, enjoyable experiences.

You’ll train guests in activities, manage service at multiple brands, and help maintain clean, welcoming spaces. Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is preferred for scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have hospitality, food/beverage service, or retail experience.
• Preference for candidates with activity host experience (emcee, events, etc.).
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders at the bar and venues.
• Bartend, serve drinks, and handle basic snack preparation.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests and assist with events.
• Train guests in activities and ensure safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue.
