Donuts of Rutland, Inc. is hiring Crew Members to join our Dunkin' team in Vermont. You will work in a fast-paced environment, prepare products to brand standards, and deliver friendly guest service with a smile.

This role requires teamwork, accuracy with money handling, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines. As part of our crew, you will follow recipes, operate basic restaurant equipment, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area for guests.

They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.
