Qualifications

• Valid Food Handler’s and OLCC card required.
• Experience in a coffee/sandwich shop or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and write English fluently.
• Strong menu knowledge and customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly customer service to members and guests.
• Stock replenishment and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Prepare espresso drinks, smoothies, and deli items.
• Process transactions using the POS system.
• Follow sanitation and food handling protocols at all times.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and daily side work.
