Front Porch is seeking a part-time receptionist for Sunny View Retirement Community in Cupertino, CA. The role handles calls, greets visitors, and guides residents and guests to the right destinations.

Sunrise 9:00am-5:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays; compensation ranges from $22.75 to $24.00 per hour. The position emphasizes friendly, professional customer service and accurate message taking.

Qualifications

• Education with Equivalent Qualifications: Essential: High School diploma or GED
• Experience with Equivalent Qualifications:
• Ability to handle reception duties and basic clerical tasks

Responsibilities

• Receives callers at community/office and directs them to the appropriate destination
• Provides quality customer service to residents, families, co-workers and vendors
• Directs callers, records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called
• Takes messages accurately including correct spelling of names and phone numbers
• Operates a multi-line telephone console to receive messages
• Greets visitors in the lobby and screens visitors as needed
• Performs basic clerical duties and uses computer systems for data entry
• Maintains safety and follows procedures as described by supervisors
