Job summary

Platinum Coastal Group is seeking an entry-level on-site coordinator to support visitors, employees, and onsite teams. You will coordinate meeting spaces, handle routine service requests, and assist with onsite events and activities.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and a professional demeanor in a fast-moving environment; previous experience in customer-facing roles from retail or hospitality is a plus.

• A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment.
• Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
