Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Concierge for the Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant Music City setting.

The Concierge will be the host with a wealth of local knowledge, providing information about amenities, nearby attractions, and dining options while delivering top-tier service to guests from around the world.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Advanced knowledge of the local area.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Establishing relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions.
• Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Concierge. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable impression for our guests through assisting with the planning of their stay. The Concierge is the top source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

Your Role

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
