United Defense Tactical is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet customers in person, on the phone, or via email, and assist with their needs. The role requires excellent communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the front desk, answer inquiries, process check-ins/outs, and maintain accurate customer records. The position offers health insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling where available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic office software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk area, keeping it organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Process inquiries, complaints, and requests, escalating issues as needed.
• Check-in and check-out customers, ensuring reservations and billing accuracy.
• Maintain customer records and update the company database with relevant information.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism at all times.
