Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-move-in and post-move-out walkthroughs to assess readiness.
• Document issues, damages, or concerns promptly.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience as the main contact during stay.
• Respond to guest needs promptly, including on-site delivery or issue resolution.
• Personalize move-in gifts and manage welcome materials inventory.
• Maintain and track local lockbox inventory for guest access.
• Coordinate with vendors for furniture and service deliveries and installations.

Expectations for Success:

• Conduct pre-move-in and post-move-out walkthroughs to assess condition and ensure readiness
• Document and upscale any issues, damages, or concerns in a timely manner
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by serving as the go-to contact throughout the resident’s stay
• Respond to guest needs promptly, including local travel to deliver items or resolve issues
• Personalize move-in gifts and maintain inventory of welcome materials
• Maintain and track local lockbox inventory for guest access
• Coordinate with vendors for furniture and service deliveries, pickups, and installations
