• Conduct pre-move-in walkthroughs and post-move-out assessments to ensure readiness.
• Document and escalate issues, damages, or concerns promptly.
• Serve as the main contact for guests throughout their stay to deliver an outstanding experience.
• Respond to guest needs promptly, including local travel to deliver items or resolve issues.
• Personalize move-in gifts and manage inventory of welcome materials.
• Maintain and track local lockbox inventory and coordinate vendor deliveries.

This hands-on role includes coordinating apartment readiness, supporting guests in real time, and ensuring each move-in and move-out is seamless. Expectations For Success

• Conduct pre-move-in and post-move-out walkthroughs to assess condition and ensure readiness
• Document and elevate any issues, damages, or concerns in a timely manner
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by serving as the go-to contact throughout the resident’s stay
• Respond to guest needs promptly, including local travel to deliver items or resolve issues
• Personalize move-in gifts and maintain inventory of welcome materials
• Maintain and track local lockbox inventory for guest access
• Coordinate with vendors for furniture and service deliveries, pickups, and installations
