Brookdale is a national senior living company seeking a Receptionist to greet visitors and direct calls within a community. The role includes handling guest sign-in, sorting and delivering mail, and performing basic clerical duties to support residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greets all visitors entering the community, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and answer/direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
• Sort, deliver and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may be asked to do basic office/clerical functions, and maintain visitor logs.
• May also respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
