Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high-touch concierge-style services in a professional office setting. You will greet visitors, set up meetings with A/V and catering, and coordinate food services for events.

The role supports operations, room reservations, and after-hours event work with a client‑facing, detail‑oriented approach. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1 year of hospitality or client service experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required, with excellent presentation and communications.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in hospitality, events, or client services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and room scheduling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
Prepare and set up meeting rooms including furniture and A/V equipment.
Coordinate food and beverage services for meetings and events.
Inspect conference rooms, offices, pantries and kitchens for cleanliness and supplies.
Support daily hospitality tasks and after-hours events as needed.
Utilize room reservations and scheduling tools for efficient operations.
