Face Forward Aesthetics is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator in Columbus, OH to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to checkout. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, providers, and clinic staff, ensuring seamless communication and a premium experience.

The role emphasizes timely scheduling, HIPAA-compliant handling of guest information, and promoting memberships and skincare products to support clinic growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in luxury hospitality.
• Experience in medical aesthetics or luxury retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of communication for guests, providers, and the clinic team.
• Manage check-in through checkout to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from guests.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments while optimizing provider schedules.
• Explain memberships, promotions, skincare products, and treatment recommendations.
• Enroll guests in membership programs and educate them on benefits.
• Drive membership enrollment, retail sales, and pre-booking goals.
