Face Forward Aesthetics is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Ohio clinics. You’ll be the first and last friendly touchpoint, manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and guide guests through memberships and product suggestions while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have a minimum of one year experience in: Luxury hospitality; Medical aesthetics; Luxury retail; High-end customer service.
• You should also bring: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Confidence recommending products, memberships, and services. A positive, team first mindset. The ability to thrive in a fast paced, goal driven environment. Experience with scheduling software, CRM, EMR, or point of sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism across check-in and checkout processes.
• Answer calls and inquiries by phone, text, and email.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments; optimize provider schedules and clinic flow.
• Maintain guest records; ensure HIPAA compliance in interactions.
• Guide memberships, promotions, skincare products, and service recommendations.
