Face Forward Aesthetics is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to deliver an elevated guest experience at our Cincinnati clinics. You’ll be the touchpoint for guests, providers, and staff, ensuring a seamless flow from check-in to checkout.

The role emphasizes welcoming interactions, scheduling, payments, and upselling memberships and skincare products within a fast-paced, luxury environment. Experience in hospitality or aesthetics is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or medical aesthetics is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through their visit.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments while optimizing clinic flow.
• Process guest payments, deposits, and gift cards accurately.
• Educate guests on memberships, promotions, and skincare products.
• Enroll guests in membership programs and drive retail sales.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy in all interactions.
