Job summary

BayCare Health System in Plant City, FL is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to deliver world-class customer service as the liaison to all hospital services. This role is hospitality-focused and essential to ensure a positive guest experience.

Must have advanced computer skills and be proficient in reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room operations, document management, and emergency response. PRN status with varying shift hours and weekend work.

Qualifications

• 1 year related field experience.
• 2 years customer service experience.
• Must complete OLC training within 12 months.

• Deliver world-class customer service and function as the guest's liaison to all services within BayCare Health System’s hospital and surrounding community.
