Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage reservations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging.
• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received and requests noted.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff and assist other departments.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and cash handling procedures.
• Communicate information to manager on duty.
• Follow procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, and refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.
