The role emphasizes hospitality, organization, and guest satisfaction. As a Front Desk Agent, you will support the Front Office Manager, work varied shifts, and promote current rates and packages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred for greeting guests.
• Front desk experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally at check-in.
• Manage room assignments and key distribution.
• Inform guests about hotel events and services for a smooth stay.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
