Mercedes-Benz of Omaha is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome guests, direct calls, and route them to the right departments. You will represent the dealership with professionalism and compassion, ensuring every guest receives timely assistance.

In this full-time role, you’ll work Monday–Thursday 7am–3pm and Friday 10am–6pm, earning $20.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within Baxter Auto Group's Omaha network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Communicates with all guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
• Other duties as requested by management.
