Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Omaha is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet guests, answer calls, and route inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor. The role supports multiple departments and ensures a smooth guest experience at the dealership.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment. Full-time hours are 7am–3pm Monday–Thursday and 10am–6pm Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prior customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct caller to appropriate department or take a thorough message
• Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Communicates with all guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner
• Other duties as requested by management
