Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor per hotel guidelines
• Provide information about amenities, services, hours, and local attractions
• Arrange transportation for guests and record advance requests
• Orient guests to rooms and explain key features
• Handle guest luggage and manage storage
• Deliver items to rooms and provide amenities such as cribs, blankets, etc.
• Transport guests in company vehicles and perform pre-trip inspections
• Follow company policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, elevators, and front entry
• All other duties as assigned
