Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions or transfer as needed.
• Maintain cash handling duties and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data according to procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures and verify identification and payment methods.
