Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a friendly and organized Complimentary Services Coordinator to join our Fort Worth area hotel team. You will oversee the setup, presentation, and service of breakfast, receptions, and guest amenities, while maintaining cleanliness and guest-ready spaces.

In this role, you will greet guests, monitor stock levels, and assist with light food prep as needed. A positive, flexible attitude and strong communication are essential to deliver an exceptional guest

• Experience with customer service or food service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, restocking, and presentation of complimentary services.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Monitor food, beverage, and supply levels and replenish as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and safety standards.
• Assist with light food preparation and basic service tasks.
• Answer guest questions and support requests.
• Communicate supply or maintenance needs to leadership.
