Job summary

BASE ONE is seeking a warm, energetic Community + Guest Experience Coordinator to join our hospitality-focused team in Dublin, OH. This role blends guest services, front desk support, events, beverage service, space management, and community engagement in an elevated, creative setting.

You’ll be one of the friendly faces welcoming guests and helping spaces come to life. You’ll assist with greeting, coffee service, event support, and light tech tasks, while maintaining a tidy, inviting

Qualifications

• Hospitality or guest services experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and transactions.
• Comfort with light tech tasks during trainings and events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist attendees with a warm, upbeat approach.
• Provide beverage and snack service with training provided.
• Support events from setup to teardown, including space resets and guest support.
• Give tours and introductions to help guests feel at home.
• Keep spaces clean, stocked, and ready for the next experience.
• Process transactions and cash handling as part of daily duties.
• Assist opening/closing duties and transform spaces for different experiences.
• Provide basic technology support during trainings and events.
