Job summary

Four Seasons Palm Beach is seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage all guest communications, including phone calls and chat messages, ensuring timely, accurate responses and exceptional service. This role supports Reservations and coordinates with other departments to deliver guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in admin or hospitality, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of administrative, customer service, or hotel experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, using guest names when possible.
• Respond to guest inquiries via chat platforms, routing to appropriate departments.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, events and local area details.
