Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests, current and future, ensuring their stay is flawless.
• Communicate guest needs to the appropriate department and follow up on requests.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Manage a large volume of phone calls with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Analyze, prioritize, organize, multi-task and follow up with a strong sense of urgency.
