Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, ministry, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with graphic design and digital content management is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for guests, regular attenders, and church members.
• Coordinate hospitality volunteers, including greeters, ushers, and other service teams.
• Facilitate guest follow-up and opportunities for newcomers to connect with the church.
• Help coordinate church-wide events, gatherings, and special ministry activities.
• Support the preparation and organization of church facilities for Sunday services and midweek ministries.
• Collaborate with staff and ministry leaders to continually improve the guest experience.
• Keep the church's website and social media platforms fresh and engaging.
• Create and distribute weekly communications and ministry updates.
• Maintain consistent messaging and branding across channels.
