Discovery Land Company is seeking a Club Services Associate at Homewood Mountain & Lake Club in California. The role supports Member Services, Residential Services, and Outdoor Pursuits with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to elevate daily club experiences and events.

You’ll help prepare homes and spaces for arrivals, assist with real estate tours, and ensure clean, organized areas while collaborating with multiple departments and guides.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, property operations, or a related field preferred.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Support daily club activations across multiple Club operations departments.
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of club experiences, programs, and events.
• Ensure club spaces are clean, organized, stocked, and prepared for member use.
• Support as needed across Club and Resort services.
• Provide general support to ensure a seamless and elevated member experience throughout the day.
• Perform weekly residential checks and report on home condition, readiness, and service needs.
• Assist with home staging and preparation for member arrivals and departures.
• Support housekeeping needs such as stocking, and basic property readiness tasks.
• Assist with preparation of homes and spaces for real estate tours and sales experiences.
• Communicate observations, needs, and service updates to the Homewood Facilities Team.
• Assist with preparation, setup, and breakdown of Outdoor Pursuits activities and equipment.
• Support guides and team members in delivering safe, organized, and high-quality experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of Outdoor Pursuits facilities and gear.
• Assist with staging, movement, and basic upkeep of company and guest vehicles.
• Support operations involving recreational equipment as needed.

Homewood is seeking a Club Services Associate to join the Club Operations Department.The Club Services Associate is one of the most active, visible roles at Homewood, supporting Member Services and Residential Services, with Outdoor Pursuits in the mix too.
