Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member who will be the heart of hospitality, greeting guests warmly and delivering high-quality service across the bakery-cafe. You may work in production, prep, service, cashier, drive-thru, or barista roles, helping keep the cafe clean, stocked, and inviting.

You will join a fast-paced team, adapt to daily priorities, and contribute to a welcoming environment that makes guests feel valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and team members in a loud environment.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Food Handler’s Card required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assist across bakery-cafe areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Drive-Thru, Barista, etc.).
• Ensure cleanliness and safety following food safety standards.
• Support team by stocking, cleaning, and setting up the next shift.
• Deliver great hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
