Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warmth, care, and great food to every guest. You will engage with guests, assist in multiple stations, and help maintain a clean, safe bakery-cafe environment.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities to contribute to a welcoming guest experience across the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with guests and team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety training is required by law where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties across bakery-cafe areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, etc.).
• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain clean, safe, and inviting environment per food safety standards.
• Stay informed on daily priorities and adapt to changes.
• Support team by cleaning, stocking, and setting up for the next shift.
