Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in a dynamic setting.
• Greets Guests with enthusiasm and guides them through the Winner's Circle experience.
• Provides timely service, answers questions, and makes recommendations on items.
• Offers game assistance and notifies Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Maintains displays, stocks merchandise, and helps manage inventory and restocking.
