Responsibilities

• Ensures 100% satisfaction for all LJS guests.
• Greet and positively engage guests.
• Accurately accept guests' orders and process payment.
• Prepare every order exactly as guest requested with high quality product, quickly.
• Resolve guest concerns immediately using BAM, leaving them happy.
• Keep service area stocked, dining room tables and floor clean; restrooms stocked.
• Arrive on shift with a positive attitude and contribute to restaurant success.
• Treat all guests and team members with respect.
• Ensure ingredients are stored, handled, prepared, and presented with care for guest satisfaction.
• Follow preparation procedures and cooking methods to produce high quality products.
• Provide bell-ringing quality service and taste experience to every guest.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable work area for guests and team members.
• Clean as you go; keep interior/exterior clean and in good condition.
• Provide an environment that encourages guests to return.
• Perform other duties as assigned by restaurant management.
