Job summary

Global Partners LP in Massachusetts is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create top-notch guest experiences and support store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cash levels, and ensure safety and quality policies are followed.

You will perform housekeeping, restock, assist management, and communicate vendor concerns. The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in vendors per guidelines and conduct gas tank inventory/merchandising projects.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.
