Job summary

Pago on Main in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a friendly Guest Services Specialist to create exceptional guest experiences in Utah’s first bar hall featuring seven local food concepts.

You will be the face of the bar hall, greeting guests, assisting with directions, answering menu questions, and supporting the team to ensure smooth operations. A minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, food service, or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Assist guests in navigating seven local food concepts.
• Answer questions about menu options, specials, and events.
• Act as a food runner and/or busser as needed.
• Address guest concerns or feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment in the bar hall.
• Support the team with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations.
