Nexdine Llc in Hutchinson, KS is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to provide best-in-class dining service to residents, colleagues and guests we serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Cascade a spirit of hospitality to residents, colleagues and guests.
• Lead service of food or beverages to residents and servers, including specialty diets.
• Engage with residents to obtain orders and articulate daily menu items.
• Explain how menu items are prepared, including ingredients and methods.
• Ensure residents are satisfied and report any issues to supervisor.
• Check diets and preferences to satisfy requirements.
• Assist set-up and breakdown of meal periods.
• Stock service areas with supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service with attentiveness and courtesy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
