McDonald’s Guest Experience Leader position in a franchisee-owned restaurant offers an entry-level opportunity to greet guests, assist with ordering (including kiosks), and help ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering.
• Offering help with using the ordering kiosks.
• Providing assistance to guests who need extra help.
• Checking with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensuring kids receive a kid treat.
• Handling guest concerns.
• Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations.
