Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience in our stores. You will engage with guests, help them locate items, explain loyalty benefits, and resolve issues quickly.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is expected to meet store needs while maintaining high service standards.

• You thrive in a fast-moving, physically demanding role with teamwork, flexibility and problem solving.
• You are open to working a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet, 10ft greet, 4ft greet and assist guests to find what they need and resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a positive attitude.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up orders, and hosts to ensure compliance with policies.
