Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant to be the centerpiece on our games floor. You are tech-savvy, outgoing, and capable of recommending games based on guest interests while ensuring safety and sanitation standards.

You will welcome guests, monitor attractions like Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing, keep games clean and stocked, and assist with questions about point redemption.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and ability to learn new technology.
• Ability to communicate with management, team members, and guests.
• Willing to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming Guests and delivering FUN.
• Monitoring activities to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Rock Climbing).
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service.
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag equipment.
• Reporting wear-and-tear/damage to games to Technical Team.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
