Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Retail Agent to greet guests and assist with gifts and other retail items on property. The role emphasizes friendly service, helpful information, and smooth transactions.

The shift runs 2pm–12am. Candidates must be 21+, able to stand for the shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights, weekends and holidays. Willingness to travel for training is required, and a Tribal Gaming License is needed or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or enrolled and complete within six months.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a guest service audition and interview.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills.
• Must learn and work with various software applications, including web-based apps.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for the shift.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Projects a positive image and greets all guests.
• Assists guests in shopping, offering help as needed.
• Disseminates information about property, items, promotions.
• Ensures all transactions are properly recorded.
• Utilizes casino operations software applications.
• Maintains clean, orderly retail space.
• Handles cash, checks, and related documentation.
• Answers phones and supports merchandise inventory.
• Resolves guest issues and reports maintenance needs.
• Re-stocks merchandise and supplies; other duties as assigned.
