Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and a desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, proactive service.
• Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling.
• Promote the RK loyalty program, RK Visa, and RK Plus Protection Plan.
• Follow cashier scripts and policies for returns, exchanges, and discounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain store front areas, stock, and cleanliness as needed.
• Assist with price disputes, paperwork, and register reconciliation.
