Rural King is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Cashier to greet shoppers, process transactions, and educate customers on the RK loyalty program and RK Visa across our Warren, OH location. You will maintain a welcoming store environment and support efficient store operations.

The role emphasizes accurate cash management, excellent service, and collaboration with team members to resolve customer needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by delivering outstanding service through clear communication and active listening.
• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor as they enter the store.
• Follow cashier script to assist customers and educate them on loyalty programs and card products.
• Execute cash handling, returns, layaway and exchange policies with accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with Rural King associates and customers.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Respond to customer requests and assist loaders promptly.
• Maintain accurate and orderly transactions and paperwork.
