Duchess is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. As a cashier, you will engage customers, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store while following safety rules for regulated products.

You will use modern POS systems, assist with inventory, and promote our loyalty program to drive savings and rewards.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset and desire to help others.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized store inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find items.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery, and other sales.
• Promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program.
• Utilize technology to assist customers and track inventory.
