Duchess is seeking friendly associates to welcome customers, handle transactions, and keep the store in top shape. You’ll work with modern POS systems and contribute to a smooth shopping experience across a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include stock management, inventory control, and promoting the Crown Card Rewards program. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus but not required; flexibility and comfort with technology are valued highly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems cash credit debit mobile payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized store inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco alcohol lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers track inventory and improve efficiency.
